We planned our own weddings not too long ago, so when we created our packages, we put ourselves in the shoes of a bride and groom. Below, we’ve provided a simplistic view of our packages ; however it’s most helpful to discuss these items in detail during a consultation in the studio so we can help determine what package best suits you.

The COSMOPOLITAN Package | $5900
This is our most comprehensive wedding package, which includes an engagement shoot, unlimited coverage of the wedding day with two photographers and an assistant, a private online gallery and reprint ordering system, a 10×10 custom-designed wedding album with 40 pages, and the full collection of engagement/wedding high-resolution images.
This package is ideally suited for a bride and groom that is having multiple events on their wedding day, including a mid-afternoon ceremony, followed by reception at a different venue. Our team remains with you from the beginning to the end…from the moment you slide your gown on until you make your grand exit.

The MODERN Package | $4500
Many brides and grooms select this package, which includes eight hours of coverage with two photographers, a private online gallery and reprint ordering system, 8×8 custom-designed wedding album with 30 pages, and the full collection of wedding high-resolution images.
This package is ideally suited for couples hosting a ceremony and reception at the same venue or those planning a late afternoon/evening wedding. Our team is with you from the beginning of the day to capture all the special moments while you get ready until we leave, near the end of the reception.

The ARTISAN Package | $3000
This package is for the simplistic bride and groom and includes eight hours of coverage with two photographers, along with a private online gallery and reprint ordering system. Couples have the option of purchasing an album or digital files any time after the wedding if they wish. This package is ideally suited for budget-conscious, simplistic couples.

TRADITIONAL INDIAN WEDDING | by proposal only
We typically spend three full days photographing a traditional Indian wedding to include such ceremonies as the Mehndi, Pithi, Garba, Sangeet, wedding ceremony, and formal reception. However, each couple has different specifications and timelines that we must understand before providing a cost for the photography coverage. For most Indian packages, we will include unlimited coverage, duo modern albums for the bride and groom, and a set of parents’ albums.

DESTINATION WEDDING | by proposal only
Each destination wedding has different specifications that we must understand prior to providing an estimate that often includes a welcome party, guest excursions, the ceremony, and reception. Travel costs, such as airfare, hotel accommodations, and total time commitment [*not sure what duration means] will be included in the proposal, unless already being coordinated. We’ve had the pleasure of photographing weddings in many beautiful destinations, like Hawaii, California, the Dominican Republic, Rhode Island, Texas, Florida, Massachusetts, and Utah.

FAMILY SESSION | $400
We set aside approximately 60 minutes to photograph your family in a variety of settings, and collaborate with you on the most optimal locations. We’ll photograph both a variety of individual and group images. Family Shoots are intended for immediate families only. However, if you have the need for extended family members to join, we will add $25 per member. All images will be uploaded to an online viewing system where you may order reprints and enlargements. After three months, digital files may be downloaded.

SENIOR SESSION | $500
You can expect to spend at least two hours with us for your Senior Shoot. We consider Senior Shoots an adventure that we create together and suggest you bring at least three different looks to change into during your session. All images will be uploaded to an online viewing system where you may order reprints, enlargements, coffee-table books, and/or graduation announcements. The cost of the session includes the digital files which can be downloaded after three months.

PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS | $150
We photograph headshots in our studio only. You can expect the sessions to last approximately 30 minutes. We suggest you bring two different looks to change into. Should you require headshots on your premises, we’ll be happy to submit a proposal to you.

CORPORATE and NON-PROFIT EVENTS | by proposal only
If you’re hosting an event that requires photography, we would be privileged to provide you with a proposal based on your particular requirements. We enjoy producing images that showcase the uniqueness and success of our clients. We often photograph events, such as grand openings, awards banquets, ribbon cuttings, annual galas, customer excursions, new product launches, and conventions.

DELIVERY
We strive to provide images within 2-3 weeks of your shoot. However, during our busy season wait times will likely be extended to 4-6 weeks.
PAYMENTS
With the exception of weddings, all payments should be made the day of the shoot. To book a wedding, clients are required to pay half of the services and the remainder is due two weeks prior to the wedding.
