Because they reside in California, we had never met Megan and Keith until the day of the wedding at the Eiteljorg Museum. We instantly became friends. And, their wedding party could not have been more welcoming. The groomsmen were some of the funniest we have ever photographed…in fact, they were confident they were the funniest.
They got engaged among the Redwoods so the Eiteljorg actually appealed to them in many ways, especially the unique architecture. We were lucky that the day began with such beautiful weather because shortly after we had taken all of the pictures it began to pour. Thankfully, they had already made the difficult decision to move the ceremony from the gardens to the interior of the museum.
The day was filled with a ton of laughter and jokes. Megan’s father threw so many surprises into his toast he needed the assistance of his beautiful wife. These are the times we are so thankful that our job includes photographing people at their happiest. Congratulations, Megan and Keith!
